Eladder is owned by Eladder4U, a nonprofit parent corporation structured as a Wyoming corporation, operating in Florida under a “doing business as” registration and currently seeking authorization from the Florida Commission for Independent Education.
Founded to combine education technology with degree-level teaching, Eladder delivers every programme online — built for working students who cannot relocate to study.
Eladder was created in redefining higher education through experiential learning, global exposure, and career-aligned academic pathways. We prepare learners for the future of work by blending academic study with real-world application, the need for accessible, affordable degrees. We are committed to helping every student achieve academic success, with no compromise on educational quality and regulatory standards.

Eladder University is a 100% online university, connecting learners from around the world. Our vision is simple: to make meaningful education accessible to people wherever they are — across cities, countries, and continents.

Dr. Kritika Shiwani
Head of Department, Management · India and AmericaDr. Kritika Shiwani manages academic operations and programme development for Eladder University across India and the United States. She supports faculty collaboration, learner success, and cross-border academic alignment.
Dr. A. Saranya
Head of Department, Computer Science · India and AmericaDr. A. Saranya is an Assistant Professor and Programme Coordinator in the Department of Computer Science Engineering at MAHE Dubai. She holds a PhD in Computer Science Engineering from Vels Institute of Science, Technology and Advanced Studies, Chennai. With over 14 years in higher education, her expertise covers artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing and data science, with research into intelligent solutions for healthcare, smart cities, speech and gesture recognition, wildlife monitoring and assistive technologies. She has published 25 research papers, 19 indexed in Scopus and 3 in SCI journals, holds five granted patents, and has authored five book chapters.
Licensure and accreditation

Licensure and accreditation.
Florida Authorization: Eladder University is currently seeking initial authorization from the Florida Commission for Independent Education. The University will publish its official licensure status once the applicable authorization has been granted.
Accreditation Status: Eladder University is not currently institutionally accredited. The University is developing its long-term institutional accreditation pathway and will publish its accreditation status when formally confirmed.
